Bob Brame


Bob graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1971 and holds a B. S. in Business Administration. After successful years in the business world, he began to explore spirituality and consciousness in 1991. He has practiced and taught meditation and yoga since 1991. He has taught stress management and performance enhancement at Duke University and independently. He has traveled globally focusing on third world cultures. His spectrum of diverse experiences has provided him insights and openings to himself which he willingly shares with others. He has been facilitating Holotropic Breathwork sessions since 1993 and is certified by the founding group GTT. He is a licensed massage therapist , an approved provider for continuing education for massage therapists, and a certified instructor of Touch for Health. His love of nature is displayed at his retreat in Mebane, North Carolina where he lives.
